CONTRACT FOR SEO SERVICES

 

Today, ……….. ., in the town of Plovdiv, between:

  1. …………., UIC ……….. , address ……………., represented by ………….. in his capacity of Manager, hereinafter called PRINCIPAL, from one side

and

  1. Idea Studio” LTD, with head office in: the town of Plovdiv and registered office:

11 Kometa Str., with UIC: 160114568, represented by Borislav Arapchev, in his capacity of manager, hereinafter called CONTRACTOR, from the other side, the present Contract was conducted for the following:

 

  1. I. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT

 

Art. 1, par. 1. The PRINCIPAL assigns, and the CONTRACTOR accepts to take care of the optimization of the website: …………………………..  for the following words and phrases:

when searching in Google, by doing the following:

  1. 1. popularize the site through banners, text links, news and others – in accordance with the enclosed offer, an inseparable part of this contract;
  2. 2. perform a site-map, RSS feeds, submit and include the contents of the website in the marketing section and tools of Google and others;
  3. 3. improve the structure of the website in accordance to his judgment and to prepare a report for the performed improvements for a better SEO of the website;
  4. 4. to not use any harmful or dangerous techniques, not allowed by Google, which threaten the website from Google penalty.

 

Par. 2. The optimization of the website shall be coordinated between the parties via e-mail, and, if necessary, with a written appendix, which shall be signed and shall become an inseparable part of this Contract.

 

  1. TERM OF THE CONTRACT

 

Art. 2. The present Contract shall be valid for 6 (six) months from the date when it is signed by the parties.

 

III. REMUNERATION

 

Art. З, par. 1. For the implementation of the obligations under Art. 1, par. 1 of the present Contract, the PRINCIPAL shall be obliged to pay the CONTRACTOR a remuneration at the amount of ……………….. BGN final amount per month.

Par. 2. The payment of the remuneration under par. 1 of this article is done each month.

Par. З. For the implementation of the obligations under Art. 1, par. 1 of the present Contract, the PRINCIPAL shall be obliged to pay the CONTRACTOR the remuneration via the following bank account: ……………………………………….

 

 

  1. IV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR

 

 

Art. 4. The CONTRACTOR shall have the right:

 

  1. 1. to be introduced by the PRINCIPAL with his/her requirements and views concerning the subject matter of the Contract, as the final decision for the optimization of the website shall be taken by the PRINCIPAL.
  2. 2. to receive information, necessary for the implementation of the subject matter of the Contract, following the conditions of confidentiality agreed upon in Art. 5, item 2;
  3. 3. to receive the remuneration agreed upon in Art. 3 of the present Contract and its possible additional written agreements within the appointed amount, terms and conditions.

 

Art. 5. The CONTRACTOR shall be obliged:

 

  1. 1. to accurately, diligently and timely implement the subject matter of the Contract with high quality, as described in detail in Art. 1 of the present Contract and its possible additional written agreements;
  2. 2. to not disclose or to allow the disclosure of information, or to make public any facts or circumstances, technological knowledge, know-how, etc., concerning the present Contract or payments on it, without the written consent of the PRINCIPAL.

 

  1. V. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PRINCIPAL

 

Art. 6. The PRINICPAL shall have the right:

  1. 1. at any moment of the implementation of the Contract to perform control on its implementation without disturbing the independence of the CONTRACTOR;
  2. 2. to introduce the CONTRACTOR with his/her basic requirements and views on the subject matter of the Contract, described in detail in Art. 1 of the present Contract, as the final decision for optimization of the website shall be taken by the PRINCIPAL. The PRINICPAL shall also take the final decision about the way of implementation of the activities under Art. 1, par. 1 of the present Contract.
  3. 3. to receive a monthly report on the optimization of the website, subject matter of the present Contract, which concerns the particular temporary ranking of the website with respect to the key words.

 

Art. 7. The PRINCIPAL shall be obliged:

  1. 1. to supply the CONTRACTOR with the necessary information about the implementation of the agreement by presenting him/her all the data, pictures, graphic signs, models, etc., and to cooperate him/her.
  2. 2. to pay the CONTRACTOR the remuneration agreed upon in Art. 3 of the present Contract and its possible additional written agreements within the appointed amount, terms and conditions.

 

  1. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

 

Art. 8. The present Contract shall be terminated:

 

  1. 1. by a mutual written agreement;
  2. 2. with a one-month preliminary notice, addressed to the opposite party;
  3. 3. unilaterally, by the PRINCIPAL, with a written preliminary notice for the termination in case that the CONTRACTOR does not fulfill his/her obligations within the terms appointed in this Contract.
  4. 4. unilaterally, by the CONTRACTOR with a written preliminary notice for the termination in case that the PRINCIPAL does not fulfil his/her obligations under Art. 7, item 2 of this Contract.

 

  • ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS

 

Art. 9. Any changes of the present Contract shall be done only with an annex, signed by both parties, and it shall become an inseparable part of this Contract at the moment of its conclusion.

Art 10. In case of any dispute, it shall be settled in good will, and, if this happens to be impossible, this dispute shall be referred to the competent court.

Art. 11. Any copyrights or rights similar to them, arising from the implementation of the subject matter of the present Contract, shall be property of the PRINCIPAL, whose order is the subject matter of this Contract.

Art. 12. For any issues between the Parties unsettled in this Contract, the relevant civil law of the Republic of Bulgaria shall be applied.

I had the chance to meet David Amerland in person at Sofia. David, author of SEO Help and other books about SEO and Semantic search, was the main speaker at the SEO Conference 2015  – Sofia.   1. Ok, who is David Amerland? 🙂

    Ah, Sometimes I ask myself the same question. In my head I am still that surfie kid growing up in Queensland hoping to see the world some day and do something worthwhile. Depending on the day and what I am doing I can be either the author, speaker or analyst that’s my job description.

 

  1. How did you get into Seo, Semantics and IT as a whole?

    I sort of slipped into it by accident. I had been working as a journalist reporting on the tech field for The European, a British newspaper, and I found that I was good at optimizing websites back in 1995 because I knew what I had to do (pixel-height letters, keywords hidden in colour background, all the Black Hat stuff that we now know not to do). From that I went into corporate communications for a large bluechip company and, at the same time, expanded my involvement in the web search and online business field.

  1. Your books are about serious and complicated topics. How do you write them in so simple and understandable manner?

    When I am writing I try to think of the people I usually present to. They tend to ask very direct questions and need quick, direct answers.

 

  1. Fake G plus accounts, purchased followers – Google knows everything,  right? 🙂

    Unfortunately yes. Google sees all our activity, engagement and interactions on G+ and develops a certain amount of confidence (or not) in who we are and what we do, from that activity.

 

  1. How do you explain, as simple as possible,  what means semantic layer?

    The semantic layer we see in search and across the web is a layer of meaning that is created by the activities we engage in (content creation, content, social media interactions, engagement, social sharing, mentions and citations). This allows us to understand better what is important and what isn’t in a particular context.

 

  1. So … you are world famous, why you are not acting as a heavy rock star? Only people, met you in person,  know how real and funny you are!

    I take what I do very seriously but not myself. I think as people we are all very similar and very real and equally important. We just happen to do different things. But that does not make us ‘better’ in any way from each other.

 

  1. Outside the work – how you keep yourself so fit and fresh? What sport teach you?

    I have been doing martial arts since I was 13 and I competed nationally in the UK for almost ten years in Tae Kwon Do. I still train most days, it helps to remind me that no matter how far we come we can all very easily fall.

 

  1. Speaking about Trust and Authority – do we have a lack of trust nowadays?

    I think we have a greater awareness of the elements of Trust and Authority than before plus, for the first time, we are in a position to have to establish Trust and Authority outside our own locations, via remote activity. That is a real challenge and one we are only now getting to grips with. How we manage to deal with it will determine many of the things we will see in the very near future.

    The Shopska salad was awesome. Over the last eighteen months I have been to many parts of the world. How to write text for SEO purposes

1. Title

Write interesting and eye-chatching  title, because it ‘s the first thing the user sees , but avoid overexposure of the form: Shock! Lady Gaga naked in the subway , or something. The truth is that these titles are quite effective, but they are talking about yellow and poor quality web-site.

The use of numbers in the title is a good solution. Easier to read and remember.

Unleash your imagination , but let the title match the content of the text.

 

2 . Text

Human readable text, pal. Make it interesting, fun, to be pleasant to read. Read it again, by yourself. Like it?

 

3 . Synonyms

Bump and not stuffed with keywords – this approach has long been harmful , and makes the material nuisance to people , and from there – and Uncle George (aka Google ) . Instead, use synonyms – cleaning , clean, cleanliness, freshness , glamor , beauty, hygiene , etc. ………

 

4 . Bold, italic

Make the important parts of the text bold or italic. The words that you work with mobile , instead of link them underline them, focus thus to them. Google likes lists , do those somewhere in the text , where appropriate :

  • – this
  • – that
  • – thirdly
  • – fifth

 

5 . Links

Yes, you will put links. But in text of 300 words put at most two . One is internal – or to the home site , or to a specific page of a product or service. Let the other is an external link to a strong and trusted source – Wikipedia, another powerful and popular website or Google search.

And no, you don’t  advertise on Wikipedia , it will help you and you need and benefit from this relationship!

 

6 . Mentions

Try text to mention people , company , product or service for which they write. Just say it normal. You can mention other sites, places, events or people related to the topic, a link to them if you have a Google Plus account ( best) .

 

7 . Call to action

 

Well, you do have to sell, and finally do not forget this – remind, invite to action.
